Status: Design in Progress & Under Construction (Completion 2027)

Designed alongside Masonry Design Solutions and builder Richard Davidson, this three-level new build in Castor Bay is crafted as an enduring forever home. The brief called for an interior palette that matches the architectural caliber of the masonry structure: light, earthy and refined.

Our focus is on creating a seamless visual flow across all three levels. By repeating key natural textures and soft tones, each space feels individually considered while remaining distinctly connected. Tailored to an active lifestyle centered around cooking, the outdoors and casual entertaining, the finished home balances premium craftsmanship with everyday functionality.
